Over the last few years sleigh beds have become very hard to find, and we look in lots of places!
This lovely old piece is a superb example - stripped of paint and waxed to a lovely soft shine.
We will wax and repolish before delivery to remove any minor marks.
Supplied with pine slats for the base.

This bed takes a mattress max size 101cm x 195cm so a standard UK single will fit nicely as these are 90cm x 190cm
We used to get sprung mattresses made for each bed, they were very good but cost around £350. Now it is easier to get good quality memory foam maattresses for around 50% of that - plenty of options are available online.

90% plus of our restored pine furniture stock is old (c1840 -1910) and will have interesting tales to tell!
There may be the odd sign of its long life here or there but these will not detract from the overall look or function of the piece and only serve to add to its charm and appeal.
