Welcome to Antique Pine Imports. These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of goods from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Ordering & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. Orders are accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse orders due to stock issues or suspected fraud.
4. Prices
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. If an error occurs, you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery, Risk & Title
We deliver within the UK. Risk passes on delivery; ownership passes when full payment is received.
6. Cancellation & Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Bespoke or finished-to-order items are excluded unless faulty. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Faulty Goods & Remedies
We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to offer repair, replacement or refund.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
9. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by or licensed to Antique Pine Imports.

11. Governing Law
English law applies; courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Statutory Rights
You can cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them.
After notifying cancellation, you have 14 days to return the goods.
Bespoke or custom-finished furniture cannot be returned unless faulty or mis-described.
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving returns or proof of dispatch.
We refund the price paid and basic outbound delivery cost.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
Email mail@antiquepineimports.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Return items within 14 days at your cost unless faulty.
3. Bespoke / Finished-to-Order Goods
Non-returnable except if faulty or mis-described.
4. Measurements & Access
Check measurements and access before ordering. Items that do not fit are not faulty.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Mis-described Goods
Notify within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos.

6. How to Start a Return
Email mail@antiquepineimports.co.uk with order details.
We’ll provide a return address or collection option.
Pack securely and use a tracked, insured courier.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds within 14 days of receipt or proof of return.

Antique Condition & Age Disclaimer
At Antique Pine Imports, we specialise in genuine antique and reclaimed pine furniture. Each piece is individually sourced, restored and finished by hand. Due to the age and character of our furniture, natural variations and signs of historic use are inherent and form part of its unique charm.

Antique Nature
Our furniture is authentic antique or reclaimed timber, often decades or centuries old. As such, it will not appear “as new”. Each piece reflects its history, with a distinctive patina and wear consistent with age and use. -
Expected Features
Customers should expect natural characteristics including (but not limited to):-
Minor marks, scratches, dents, or colour variation

Small splits, shrinkage or surface movement in the timber

Filled or historic woodworm holes (fully treated and stable)

Slight warping or unevenness typical of aged wood

Areas of fading, staining, or polish variation

Evidence of historic repairs or replacements
These are not considered faults but features that distinguish genuine antique furniture.

Condition and Description
Each item is carefully inspected and accurately described to the best of our ability. Photographs form part of the item description. Customers are encouraged to review all images and request additional details or close-ups if clarification is required before purchase. -
Restoration and Finish
Where appropriate, pieces may be sympathetically restored or refinished to stabilise structure or enhance usability. Such work is carried out in keeping with the age and integrity of the furniture. -
Structural Defects
Should an item be structurally unsound or significantly mis-described, it will be treated under our Faulty, Damaged or Mis-described Goods policy (see Returns & Refunds Policy, Section 5). -
Measurements and Fit
Please check dimensions carefully before ordering. Items that do not fit through access points or into intended spaces are not deemed faulty. -
Consumer Rights
This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers remain entitled to remedies for goods that are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality in accordance with UK law.
