We don’t sell many UK made pieces as we feel they can sometimes show their age more (and need more restoration) than the continental pine we sell lots of but this Scottish chest is always in high demand and this one only needs light restoration.
Has lovely original handles too and is strong and solid, these Scottish chests also have a hidden drawer at the top for your sunday best bonnet (hat) and gloves!
This piece currently has some surface wax but this will be removed followed by light restoration where needed and a thorough sanding/tidy so it is ready for your choice of finish.

90% plus of our restored pine furniture stock is old (c1840 -1910) and will have interesting tales to tell!
There may be the odd sign of its long life here or there but these will not detract from the overall look or function of the piece and only serve to add to its charm and appeal.
