A substantial Victorian Scottish pine chest of drawers, offering generous storage and plenty of character.
This is a well-proportioned piece, featuring one top drawer for Sunday bonnet and gloves, over three long drawers, all set within beautifully detailed carved side supports — a distinctive feature often seen in Scottish pine furniture of this period. The combination of clean drawer fronts and decorative carving gives it real presence without being overly fussy.
We have carefully prepared the chest in our workshop, ensuring it is clean, solid, and ready for use. It is currently in a natural, stripped finish, which works well as it is or can be completed to suit your home.
Finish options include:
- Waxed in your choice of finish (clear, medium, or dark)
- Painted in any colour, including Farrow & Ball or Frenchic ranges
